Have a healthy lifestyle if you dont have time to for exercise watch out what your eating . The more healthy you are the better your body's defenses are. Walking a few hour or even half a minute a day is good exercise.
Ask your mother. Mother's always knows best.
If your problem keeps on persisting go see a doctor or specialist maybe there something wrong.
