It's quite easy to solve this problem.
If you're using FireFox Mozilla follow these steps.
1. open your firefox browser on the toolbar above click tools.
2. go to options
3. go to privacy tab
4. click show cookies tab below
5. on the search box type GMAIL
6. click Remove Cookies button . Be sure to erase all gmail entries.
7. restart you browser that should fix your problem
For internet explorer users
1. open your browser on the toolbar above click Tools
2. go to Internet Options
3. On the General tab look for Delete Cookies button click it
4. restart your browser

When I open Internet Explorer it briefly goes to my gmail then redirects to Goggle and never opens. Can't stop this for happening. Have gmail set as my home page in General tab for properties of IE.
ReplyDeleteTry not setting gmail as your home page. But if you really want to keep gmail as your home page the heres what you need to do.
ReplyDeleteWhen you log in your account at gmail make sure your check the box with "Stay signed in".
Also when you clear your cookies make sure your browser is not opening gmail.
Lastly when none of this works you could try FIREFOX or CHROME. its much more faster the IE.
